👉Today’s alert is My Size Inc. (NASDAQ: MYSZ)👈

My Size Inc. is coming off a major growth update. On August 14, 2026, the company reported Q2 revenue of $3.07 million, up 53% year over year, while first-half revenue climbed 57% to $5.46 million. Percentil revenue reached $413,000 versus $168,000 a year earlier, and MySize's SaaS Solutions segment posted an approximately 86% gross margin during the quarter. Management says its focus is now shifting toward higher-quality growth, operating leverage, contribution margins and lower cash consumption. Investors should also note that MYSZ completed a 1-for-8 reverse stock split, effective for trading August 13, reducing roughly 4.8 million pre-split shares outstanding to approximately 600,000.

Online fashion has a costly structural problem: fit, returns and excess inventory. Customers can't physically try on clothing or footwear before purchasing, making sizing mistakes a persistent drag on conversion and retailer margins. At the same time, brands must deal with unsold inventory and growing demand for circular/recommerce solutions. MySize is attacking several of these bottlenecks simultaneously. Naiz Fit provides AI-powered sizing and fit technology, Percentil handles managed second-hand fashion and circular commerce, Orgad provides e-commerce capabilities, and Ten Peacks adds international apparel and footwear distribution. The company says Naiz Fit's platform is already deployed by more than 100 fashion and footwear brands, including Levi's, Desigual, Canali, Moschino and Pepe Jeans.

⚙️The Technicals

🚀Explosive Catalysts

Revenue Jumps 53% as Platform Scales (August 14, 2026)
  • MySize reported quarterly revenue of $3.07 million, up 53% year over year, with first-half sales reaching $5.46 million, up 57%. Percentil more than doubled its quarterly revenue year over year, while the SaaS segment generated an approximately 86% gross margin. Management indicated that the company's next phase will emphasize operating leverage, higher-margin revenue and cash efficiency. The growth is notable for a company operating at MySize's micro-cap scale, although investors should balance it against the Q2 net loss of approximately $1.75 million and the company's continuing need for capital.

EyeFitU Deal Could Expand Naiz Fit's Recurring Revenue Base (March 23, 2026)
  • MySize subsidiary Naiz Fit signed a non-binding LOI to acquire selected assets of EyeFitU AG, a Swiss digital sizing and fit technology company. EyeFitU's customer relationships generated approximately CHF 350,000, or about $440,000, in annual recurring revenue, which MySize said could become accretive if the proposed transaction closes. EyeFitU also brings relationships with international brands including HEAD, Paul & Shark, POC Sweden, Giant, Assos, Ecoalf, Odlo and CMP. Importantly, this remains a proposed transaction subject to due diligence and definitive agreements, not a completed acquisition.

My Size Inc. is a fashion-technology company building an integrated portfolio around AI-powered sizing, e-commerce, recommerce and fashion distribution. Its Naiz Fit business provides AI-driven size-and-fit tools; ShoeSize.Me expands those capabilities into footwear; Orgad operates technology-enabled e-commerce and marketplace activities; Percentil provides managed second-hand fashion and circular-commerce infrastructure; and Ten Peacks focuses on apparel and footwear brand distribution. MySize describes its broader strategy as building infrastructure that helps fashion brands address sizing accuracy, excess inventory, circularity and international distribution under one corporate platform.

💎 Why This Company Stands Out

What makes MySize interesting is that it is no longer positioning itself as simply a size-recommendation software company. It is assembling several pieces of the fashion-commerce value chain under one umbrella. Naiz Fit attacks incorrect sizing and returns; ShoeSize.Me adds footwear data and recommendations; Percentil addresses excess inventory and recommerce; Orgad adds marketplace infrastructure; and Ten Peacks adds physical brand distribution. That creates potential cross-selling opportunities and a broader proprietary data ecosystem than a single-purpose sizing vendor. The September 2025 ShoeSize.Me acquisition is particularly relevant: its technology had analyzed more than 92 million shopping experiences, 23 million shoe sizes, 1.2 million shoe models and 6,000+ brands, substantially expanding the data available to the combined sizing platform.
