Sponsored Content From Mobix Labs, Inc.*

👉Today’s alert is Mobix Labs, Inc. (NASDAQ: MOBX)👈

Mobix Labs is in the middle of a major transformation. The company, historically focused on advanced connectivity and electronics for defense and aerospace, is repositioning itself as a broader national-security platform—and its latest guidance suggests the core business may be gaining momentum at the same time. On August 17, Mobix guided fiscal Q4 2026 revenue to $1.4 million–$1.8 million, which would represent approximately 100% sequential growth at the midpoint, driven by sales in defense, aerospace and security markets. That comes alongside proposed acquisitions in American-built drones and U.S. rare-earth/critical-mineral infrastructure, potentially giving MOBX exposure to several of the hottest national-security themes at once.

Defense supply chains are increasingly focused on domestic manufacturing, secure sourcing and reducing dependence on foreign-controlled critical technologies and materials. Mobix already develops electronics, connectivity, RF and EMI-filtering technologies used in demanding aerospace and defense environments, with solutions deployed on platforms including the F-22 Raptor, Apache helicopters, U.S. Navy programs, Boeing 737NG and Gulfstream aircraft. Its new National Security Matters strategy takes that further by targeting bottlenecks across autonomous systems, critical minerals, energy and infrastructure. In other words, Mobix is attempting to move from supplying specialized components to participating across a much larger portion of the national-security supply chain.

⚙️The Technicals

🚀Explosive Catalysts

Rare-Earth & Critical-Minerals Acquisition Agreement (August 13, 2026)
  • Mobix signed a definitive agreement to acquire Special Project Delivery, Inc. (SPD), a strategic infrastructure platform focused on building U.S. supply chains for rare-earth elements, critical minerals and energy storage. The deal pushes MOBX beyond electronics and directly into resources that are critical to defense and advanced technology. An SEC filing indicates the acquisition consideration includes 4.8 million MOBX Class A shares. This is significant strategically, although investors should also account for the resulting potential dilution and the risks inherent in completing and integrating an acquisition.

Definitive Deal to Acquire U.S. Drone Manufacturer Vision Aerial (July 24, 2026)
  • Mobix signed a definitive agreement to acquire Vision Aerial, a U.S.-based manufacturer of American-built, NDAA-compliant unmanned aerial systems. The acquisition would push Mobix directly into drones and autonomous aerial intelligence serving national security, government, energy, public safety and critical infrastructure. The disclosed consideration consists of MOBX shares valued at $12 million plus $3 million in cash, subject to adjustments and closing conditions.

Mobix Labs develops advanced electronics, connectivity, radio-frequency, sensing and EMI-filtering technologies for aerospace, defense, drones and other high-reliability markets. Its product portfolio includes EMI interconnect solutions, active optical cables, mmWave/RF technologies, filtered connectors and optical/cable assemblies. Founded in 2020 and headquartered in Irvine, California, the company is increasingly pursuing acquisitions alongside its organic businesses to build a broader national-security technology platform.

💎 Why This Company Stands Out

Mobix's differentiator is increasingly the breadth of the platform it is trying to assemble. Rather than remaining solely a small semiconductor/connectivity company, management is moving toward a national-security model spanning defense electronics, aerospace, autonomous drones, critical resources and infrastructure. Its existing products already have exposure to major military and aerospace platforms, while the proposed Vision Aerial and SPD acquisitions would add entirely new capabilities. Mobix has even proposed renaming itself NSM Labs, Inc., with "NSM" standing for "National Security Matters," reflecting just how significant the strategic pivot has become.
